Scenery developer, Mex High Flight has released Tahiti Faa’a International Airport (NTAA) for Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Tahiti Faa’a International Airport is the international airport of French Polynesia, located 3 miles southwest of Papeete, the capital city of Tahiti. Opening in 1960, the airport has a single 3,420m runway and is primarily built on reclaimed land due to the limited level terrain on the island.
Tahiti is served by a handful of different airlines with over 43 destinations in 5 countries, the airport is also home to Air Tahiti and Air Tahiti Nui. The longest route to and from Tahiti is Tokyo Narita, at 3,644 miles non-stop operated by an Air Tahiti Nui 787-9. The airport averages around 1.5 million passengers a year.
Mex High Flight’s rendition includes fully detailed buildings, carefully detailed 3d objects, high-resolution PBR texturing throughout, custom AFCAD, GSX compatibility, performance optimisation, custom vegetation and more.
